What delivery options are available?

How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from receipt of your delivery to return or exchange, as long as the item(s) are returned unused and in the original condition they were received, with tags attached and in original packaging. Once we have located your order on our systems, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any return postage costs, however we will not charge for postage on your exchange order.
How can I personalise an item?
In the product description, you will see options to personalise the item. The personalisation options are displayed on the product page side bar for you to select. There is also a message box for you to add any special instructions about the placing of the personalisation.

Using natural objects, vintage finds and a fair share of recycling has always been the ethos behind our products and has been so since the opening of our first craft stall in the Derbyshire town of Bakewell over a decade ago. Customers have been delighted with our special gift wrapping on almost everything we sell, our quirky unusual items, our personalisation options and our thoughtful sourcing.
Since then, we have moved our HQ to a tiny village in the heart of Sherwood Forest. We are always in the process of adding new products which come to life in our studio. We love to infuse creativity and sparkle at every chance we get. Our hand crafted products use materials and wrapping that are ethically sourced and created with enthusiasm, passion and love.

ON BEING GREEN AND LOVING THE PLANET 🌏...
We work really hard to make our business environmentally friendly, because we love our planet and we know our customers do too!
Every bit of our packaging has been carefully sourced to ensure it is recyclable. We use cardboard and paper and our outer plastic wrap (to ensure your parcel can withstand the elements... this is Britain and you know we can't rely on the weather 😺) is made from sugar cane! Yes, really, we were surprised too, but also delighted because we have been wondering how to solve this little problem. This makes an eco-friendly alternative to standard polythene mailing bags. Just so you know, they are produced from sugar cane, the greenest material on the market. They are also fully recyclable with the same properties as standard oil derived polythene meaning no compromise on the strength or quality. They are carbon neutral – the carbon dioxide taken from the atmosphere in the growing process, offsets the carbon dioxide emitted through production and transport. Produced from a by-product of sugar cane, and grown on reclaimed wasteland and therefore having no impact on the rainforest, our eco mailing bags are fully recyclable, use no fossil fuels and are produced from the greenest material on the market. Using sugar cane rather than oil in the process of photosynthesis makes it ‘GREEN’ by its very nature and due to it being 100% recyclable material it can be fed back into the recycling stream.
We also try to bring lovely environmentally friendly products to you too. We stock solid soaps, shampoos and cleaning products that are wrapped in paper and cardboard, avoiding plastic. We handpick old fashioned tools for laundry, kitchen and garden that are made from wood and natural materials and look as lovely as they are to use.
Many of our cushions, headbands and other fabric products have been made from recycled and vintage fabrics or sourced as off-cuts that might otherwise have become waste. Where we do not make our homewares and accessories in house, we source from ethical suppliers who source mindfully, ensuring communities around the world are supported. What is absolutely beautiful is that these lovely handmade items always have a touch of individuality and no two are ever the same. We have our own designs printed on to 100% natural cottons, bamboos and linens.
